We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Public Relations Specialist skilled in proactive and reactive communications.
- Location: Cupertino, CA
- Schedule: In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/F
- Duration: through 11/3/2026
- Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match
- Background screening required
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day coverage tracking across online and social (issues, general coverage, reviews, industry news, etc.)
- Momentum pitching, ideation, and execution, including but not limited to educating creators and press about new software features
- Develop relationships with geo product PR partners for activities such as momentum reporting, event planning, etc.
- Ad hoc requests/inquiries to internal partners such as Marcom, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations
- Contribute cross-functionally to hallmark events (for example, launch moments)
- Support the broader team as needed with writing, such as competitive reporting
- Ongoing list development and outreach, placement tracking, media list management
- General in-bound requests: basic Q&A, asset dissemination, compilation of information
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, Media Relations, or a related field
- Experience supporting proactive and reactive communications strategies in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Mail, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Slack, Box, and Quip
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or communications teams preferred
