This pivotal role empowers you to independently manage the full lifecycle of programs, even those extending beyond your immediate team. You will be at the heart of organizing and managing activities that deliver tangible business results, while simultaneously developing systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations. This includes leading change management initiatives and defining performance metrics. You’ll tackle undefined cross-functional challenges with independent judgment, applying robust program management methodologies to monitor and guide programs and stakeholders. Your ability to adjust programs effectively amidst changing circumstances and expertly manage stakeholder expectations will be crucial to your success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Independently author comprehensive program charters, meticulously outlining scope, timelines, objectives and key results (OKRs), resourcing, and potential risks/dependencies for advanced programs.
* Develop detailed project plans that segment projects into distinct phases, identify risks and dependencies, and clearly communicate program constraints.
* Cultivate trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and optimize program team roles and responsibilities.
* Manage program escalations in close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Independently triage technical issues across various teams and accurately assess the impact of technical escalations.
* Resolve issues and requests related to tooling and processes that support engineering execution.
* Design and deliver predictable program communication plans, tailored by stakeholder type, in collaboration with program stakeholders.
* Represent the program team across a wide array of touchpoints and engagements.
* Execute change management requirements identified by program stakeholders, developing rollout plans that include impact analysis in close collaboration with stakeholders.
* Monitor the progress of change management rollouts and resolve any misalignments.
* Independently determine and collect necessary data to effectively execute and govern programs.
* Maintain project trackers and status reports, proactively managing dependencies and incorporating values such as Product Inclusion and brand trust.
* Define program governance structures, ensuring effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
* Drive effective program team meetings.
* Determine program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement, including resource stewardship, in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
* Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics, providing transparency and rationale for program pivots.
