We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Digital Marketing Manager to support the execution and deployment of seller-facing communications across email, CRM, SMS, in-product messaging, and web-based channels.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on managing marketing platforms, deploying campaigns, supporting channel operations, and ensuring high-quality communication experiences. The ideal candidate has experience working directly within CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pendo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Marketo, or similar tools.

Success in this role requires strong technical platform expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple communication initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Platform & Channel Management

  • Execute and deploy communications across email, CRM, SMS, in-product messaging, and web-based channels.
  • Build, configure, schedule, and launch campaigns within platforms such as HubSpot, Pendo, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Manage audience segmentation, personalization, targeting, and campaign setup.
  • Support onboarding programs, product launches, lifecycle campaigns, operational communications, and seller engagement initiatives.
  • Help support and operationalize new communication channels and capabilities.

Campaign Execution & Operations

  • Own day-to-day campaign deployment and channel execution activities.
  • Manage communication calendars and coordinate campaign schedules across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
  • Support ongoing channel management and communication operations.

Quality Assurance & Optimization

  • Conduct thorough QA of campaigns, audience targeting, links, content, and channel placements prior to launch.
  • Validate campaign requirements and deployment readiness.
  • Maintain high standards for execution quality and operational excellence.
  • Support reporting, campaign performance tracking, and continuous process improvement efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Analytics, Creative, and Operations teams to support communication initiatives.
  • Manage campaign intake requests and coordinate execution across stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively regarding timelines, dependencies, risks, and priorities.
  • Support a high-volume environment with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, or related disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience managing and executing campaigns within CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Pendo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar technologies.
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns and communication channels.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign deployment workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting eCommerce, marketplace, SaaS, or technology organizations.
  • Experience with in-product messaging platforms and customer engagement tools.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and customer communication programs.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments.
