**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Project Manager to join a dynamic Professional Services team. This role is your chance to lead the governance and end-to-end execution of complex, high-stakes projects, serving as the essential link between sales, technical delivery teams, and executive stakeholders. You will ensure that sophisticated solutions are deployed on time, within budget and scope, and with zero downtime, directly contributing to the security and operational continuity of major enterprises. This is a contract role with potential for extension, offering a unique chance to shape critical initiatives.

This is a remote opportunity working on standard Central Time Zone business hours. 

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead diverse cross-functional technical teams in delivering complex consulting and multi-stream implementation services for high-criticality enterprise environments.
* Cultivate and maintain high-trust relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors, fostering satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
* Ensure all professional services engagements are delivered on-time and within budget, managing high-value portfolios and guaranteeing technical performance meets customer expectations.
* Monitor project financial health, including budget burn rates, margin analysis, and revenue recognition forecasting, to ensure targets are consistently met.
* Develop, implement, and refine scalable methodologies and best practices to enhance the global efficiency and effectiveness of professional services delivery.
* Facilitate a seamless and consultative handoff from the sales cycle to technical execution.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, particularly concerning zero-downtime migrations in multi-vendor environments, to safeguard customer operations.
* Transform raw project data into data-driven insights and regular status narratives for internal and external leadership regarding project health and resource utilization.
* Proactively leverage advanced tools to optimize project workflows and technical delivery, serving as a force multiplier for yourself and your team by streamlining tasks and maximizing overall project productivity.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in the technology industry.
* 7+ years of experience in project management.
* Mastery of project and portfolio management principles, with the ability to oversee a high volume of concurrent workstreams while maintaining strategic alignment with business objectives.
* Proven ability to manage the ambiguity of changing priorities while maintaining a sharp focus on high-level prioritization and project scoping.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the gravitas to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead through persuasion and professional credibility.
* Proven ability to remain effective and organized in an evolving environment where processes are still being defined.
* A general understanding of how the Internet works, including Networking, Security, Zero Trust/SASE concepts, DNS, and APIs.
* Experience in organizational change management, guiding enterprise customers through the cultural and operational shifts required by digital transformation.
* Advanced skills in managing friction within project teams or with customers to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Proven ability to navigate and influence a complex matrix of internal stakeholders to resolve blockers, advocate for customer requirements, and ensure a unified one-team approach to delivery.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description:

Our large retail client is looking for a Senior Designer. The senior Designer is part of an in-house creative team and is responsible for developing innovative and strategically driven concepts and translating them into finished creative product. Using proven talent and consistent conceptual thinking, the Senior Designer must communicate the brand message in a uniquely fresh, memorable, and persuasive way. Responsibilities: · With a medium level of supervision and direction from the senior creative, partners with a copywriter and conceives and executes creative multiple channels, including digital: email and site banners, seasonal in-store sign packages, as well as store experience large scale projects from murals to one off high profile window designs consistent with the agreed upon strategy and in accordance with the brand guidelines.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week onsite in Framingham, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Helps to develop and guide creative ideas based on input from project managers, in-house creative team and personal research.
  • With a medium level of supervision from the senior creative, partners with brand and channel project managers, and traffic, production and studio to effectively meet project objectives, schedules, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Under the direction of, and with approval from, the senior creative, monitor all materials through all stages of pre-production and production.
  • Efficiently manage and complete all work on time, reporting status of projects to senior creative.
  • Remains current on industry trends.
  • Receives guidance from the senior creative on production that applies to concept development and creative execution.

Qualifications:

  • 8 + years of related work experience and/or training or equivalent combinations of education and experience, fashion, graphic design, art direction.
  • High School degree and BFA or design degree required.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of graphic design and art direction.
  • Proven talent and a strong design sense, ability to mock up design concepts in photoshop.
  • Proven ability as a problem solver and to take the initiative to solve issues.
  • Thinks and articulates both verbally and visually when working with/without copy writers.
  • Solid interpersonal/communication skills · Proven ability to effectively present ideas to team, clients, and/or senior creative team.
  • Intelligent thinking, demonstrating strong organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, ability to work from a copy doc in Word and create presentations in Powerpoint at times.
  • Must be current on industry trends and possess a vast technical design skill across all media.
