We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-sufficient professional to join our dynamic pricing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of critical data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all pricing and contract records. Your meticulous approach will not only support daily operations but also proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, allowing our business to execute with confidence and precision. **What You’ll Do:**
* Manage and maintain critical data across customer accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness in pricing and contract records.
* Perform regular cleanup activities to keep team workflows running smoothly and efficiently.
* Audit and validate pricing data, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
* Support the sales team by maintaining organized contract records, tracking key dates and terms, and flagging items that require attention.
* Analyze pricing and contract data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement, bringing observations and recommendations forward independently.
* Act as a reliable point of contact for pricing data and contract records, accurately resolving questions from Sales, Finance, and Legal.
* Self-manage a varied workload of data maintenance, cleanup, and reporting tasks, prioritizing effectively and delivering consistently without close supervision.
* Identify recurring data quality issues and take initiative to address root causes, not just symptoms.
* Maintain rigorous documentation and audit trails, reflecting your professional standard and commitment to excellence.
**Qualifications:**
**Must-Have:**
* 3–5 years of experience in pricing, contracts administration, sales operations, or a data-analytics role.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality work without heavy direction.
* Strong proficiency in Excel.
* High attention to detail and a low tolerance for data inaccuracies.
* Analytical mindset, comfortable working through large datasets to find and fix problems.
* Clear communicator who can accurately represent data findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
**Nice-to-Have:**
* Experience with SAP and MS SQL.
* Experience in beverage, CPG, or consumer goods.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
