Are you ready to make a significant impact within a dynamic and fast-paced interactive entertainment environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to step into a pivotal role supporting our strategic partnerships team. In this position, you will be instrumental in the full lifecycle of partnership contracts, from the initial negotiation stages to ensuring meticulous documentation and compliance. You’ll be a key player in managing critical operational workflows, streamlining processes, and ensuring our partners are set up for success. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of a major player in the interactive entertainment space, working alongside senior leaders to bring innovative content to a global audience.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Support senior Business Development managers in executing and managing partnership contracts for interactive entertainment content, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
* Assist with negotiation materials, contract templates, and operational tasks throughout all deal stages.
* Ensure proper filing of agreements and all relevant documentation in contract management systems and internal document management systems.
* Utilize internal payment systems and finance tools to manage supplier set-up and payment requests to partners as needed.
* Research and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for new partnerships where none exist.
* Maintain rights trackers for licensed content and other team trackers, monitoring upcoming expiry dates to ensure compliance.
* Support the external partnerships proposals triage and response process.
* Contribute to other related projects as needed, supporting the team’s broader initiatives.
* Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within the Business Development workflow.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or a paralegal role.
* Proven experience managing and especially negotiating legal contracts.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on collaboration.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage one’s time and priorities.
* Solid knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource planning.
* Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
* Capability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
* Proficiency with standard office productivity software.
* Candidates must be available to start by June 2026 to be considered.
* Candidates should not have large unexplained gaps in employment recently.

**Preferred Skills & Experience:**

* 8+ years of experience in Business Development or a paralegal role.
* Prior experience in the interactive entertainment or broader entertainment industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in business management, liberal arts, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
* Experience working with legal contracts, Finance, and Legal teams on time-sensitive deals, while ensuring policy compliance.
