Your impact will be felt across critical functions, from coordinating essential resources to facilitating smooth transitions for new team members, directly contributing to the productivity and success of high-impact projects.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision.
* Coordinate and process procurement of goods and services, including office supplies and equipment.
* Arrange travel logistics and process business expenses efficiently.
* Support financial and personnel operations, contributing to a well-organized department.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
* Provide comprehensive general office support and serve as a primary contact for the department.
* Contribute to special projects, workshops, and off-site events as assigned.
**What You’ll Bring:**
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated experience in calendar management, handling complex schedules and high-volume requests.
* Proven ability to perform a variety of complex administrative functions.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience supporting large teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in a similar administrative role within a large technology organization.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
