We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join a pivotal team, where your expertise will directly influence how customers discover and engage with exciting offers and incentives. In this role, you won’t just be processing data; you’ll be a key architect in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless integration of critical customer-facing information across all digital touchpoints. Your contributions will directly enhance the customer journey, making shopping experiences intuitive, transparent, and truly industry-leading.

This position serves as an operational and cross-functional partner within the incentive and offer ecosystem. You will be instrumental in coordinating deliverables, troubleshooting issues, documenting changes, and maintaining alignment across business, technical, and agency teams. Your work will directly support the development of customer-centric strategies and the technology needed to enable and support various shopping experiences. You will also assist in managing schedules and timelines for new technical strategies, communicating vital details to key stakeholders and impacted partners.

**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate monthly offer authoring activities for Go To Market execution across supported brands and experiences, including enhancements and updates as business needs arise.
* Review, validate, and maintain offer-related content and data to ensure accuracy across consuming applications and digital retail experiences.
* Partner with internal stakeholders, brand teams, and external agencies to clarify business needs and technical requirements.
* Assist with release readiness activities, including requirement gathering, timeline coordination, and cross-team communication.
* Support technical release activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation across multiple environments.
* Troubleshoot issues impacting offer setup, display, or downstream consumption.
* Assist with managing and resolving field team escalations requiring advanced technical support.
* Maintain and develop documentation and organization strategies to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Escalate risks, gaps, or issues that may affect monthly launches or enhancement delivery.
* Build a working understanding of incentive systems, web services, and downstream dependencies to support technical changes and issue resolution.
* Partner with external technical agencies to gather technical requirements for application and web service upgrades, and manage release timelines to ensure business needs are properly met.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience supporting incentives, offer management, digital retail, or a related business or operations function.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring execution work with accuracy and consistency.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with changing priorities.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to build a practical understanding of interconnected systems, web services, and downstream impacts.
* Ability to gain a high-level understanding of complex IT solutions.
* Ability to work productively in a team environment.
* Ability to execute in a multiple workstream project environment with changing priorities.
* Ability to comprehend technical concepts.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
