Project Manager

Overview

Our agency client is hiring a Project Manager, ideally on the East Coast and with experience using Clickup. 20-30 hours a week through Mid October.

Some details:

• Co-own creative roadmap, timelines, and workbacks
• Manage creative team workload and prioritization
• Translate feedback into actionable next steps
• Assess feedback for completeness, contradictions, and timeline impact
• Track deliverables against agreed scope
• Document scope changes and escalate resource impacts
• Maintain creative status reporting
• Facilitate communication between Creative, Production, Account, and Client teams
• QC against approved feedback and agreed deliverables before client delivery
• Escalate risks, blockers, and resourcing concerns
