Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver passionate about optimizing HR technology? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our client’s HR Technology team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential operational and technical support, ensuring the seamless functionality and integrity of critical HR systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing data quality, streamlining processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization, making a tangible impact on how our client manages its most valuable asset: its people.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of human resources master data within HR systems.
* Conduct routine data audits and validations to uphold data quality and compliance standards.
* Act as a crucial liaison between HR, IT, and external partners to facilitate smooth HR system operations and efficient issue resolution.
* Contribute to HR technology projects by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation efforts.
* Analyze existing business processes and propose incremental system or workflow enhancements.
* Participate actively in system testing activities for upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
* Offer functional support and basic configuration assistance for various HR systems.
* Generate both standard and ad hoc reports utilizing reporting tools and dashboards.
* Support the maintenance of HR dashboards and analytics to empower informed decision-making.
* Execute routine system maintenance activities, including monitoring integrations and resolving errors.
* Research and troubleshoot HR system issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate channels when necessary.
**Qualifications:**
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience providing support for HR systems or HR technology platforms.
* Basic experience with common reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheet software, data visualization tools).
* Demonstrated exposure to system testing, data validation, and process documentation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative environments.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
* Proficiency in standard office productivity tools, with advanced skills in spreadsheet applications.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with widely used HRIS platforms.
* Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL.
