As a pivotal contributor, you will be at the forefront of defining, organizing, and executing complex, cross-functional programs. You’ll translate ambitious goals into actionable plans, navigate ambiguous challenges, and ensure seamless alignment among senior stakeholders. Your work will directly enhance the organization’s capabilities, fostering continuous improvement and strategic growth.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Independently define, drive, and own comprehensive program charters for moderately complex initiatives, addressing scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, and risk management.
* Translate ambiguous program goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones, creating detailed project plans with discrete phases and proactive identification of constraints.
* Determine effective program phasing and metrics, including resource stewardship, to ensure continuous improvement and optimize regular checkpoints and dashboards.
* Design and deliver optimized program communication plans, including executive and key partner communications, articulating program progress and rationale for pivots across all touchpoints.
* Anticipate and independently develop comprehensive change management rollout plans, conducting impact analyses, driving necessary pivots, monitoring progress, and resolving misalignments.
* Build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders, enabling effective decision-making, resolving prioritization conflicts, and proactively managing program escalations.
* Independently determine and collect data necessary for program governance and stakeholder decision-making, maintaining project trackers and status reports.
* Identify and execute program tasks, proactively managing dependencies while integrating values of product excellence, inclusion, and brand trust.
* Create automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring, and define robust program governance structures for effective mitigation, postmortems, and escalation reporting.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in Portfolio Management
* Team Management expertise
* Demonstrated experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies
* Strong capabilities in Managing Organizational Change
* Excellent Communications Management skills
* Expertise in Planning complex initiatives
* Proven ability in Stakeholder Management
* Proficiency in Execution and Governance
* Strong Technical Judgment
