**About the Role**

As a key member of a dynamic learning and coaching team, you will be at the forefront of creating remarkable learning experiences. You’ll inspire transformation by overseeing the end-to-end development of learning assets across various business areas, from foundational programs to continuous development initiatives. This role involves deep collaboration with business leaders and internal stakeholders to craft and deliver modern learning approaches that empower people to realize their full potential. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing performance, fostering growth, and ensuring the organization’s workforce is equipped for future challenges.

**What You’ll Do**

* Apply the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) to guide the comprehensive development of effective learning solutions.
* Analyze performance needs in partnership with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify root causes and define precise learning requirements.
* Design and develop high-quality learning assets, including content outlines, Learning Design Documents, storyboards, and final deliverables such as eLearning modules, job aids, and blended solutions.
* Develop robust assessment and measurement strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness and alignment with objectives.
* Review and refine deliverables meticulously to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to approved design standards.
* Partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to deliver learning solutions that achieve desired business outcomes.
* Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design principles across all learning deliverables.
* Contribute to learning roadmap discussions by providing insightful, learner-centric perspectives and design recommendations.
* Assess design trade-offs and provide strategic recommendations based on learner experience, scalability, and business impact.
* Demonstrate strong project ownership by effectively managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables with exceptional attention to detail and quality.

**What You’ll Bring**

* 6+ years of experience designing and developing blended learning solutions within a corporate or enterprise environment.
* Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including the practical application of the ADDIE model and adult learning principles.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze performance needs and translate them into effective, scalable learning solutions.
* Expertise in designing and developing diverse learning assets, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended formats.
* Experience developing comprehensive assessment strategies and evaluating learning effectiveness against defined objectives.
* Advanced proficiency in content development tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, and other related technologies.
* Experience working within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a solid understanding of learning product lifecycle processes.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively guide subject matter experts and business partners through the learning design and development process.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into clear, learner-friendly content.
* Strong attention to detail with an unwavering focus on quality, usability, and the overall learner experience.
* Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe tools.
* Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior, Education, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

**Bonus Points**

* Familiarity with AI-based tools (e.g., for content generation, media creation, or workflow automation) to support efficient and scalable learning design.
* Experience with visual and multimedia design.

Please note: This position is available on a W-2 employment basis only and is not open to Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements. The client is also unable to provide employment-based visa sponsorship or transfers for this role.
