We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Senior Coordinator to support a busy corporate office and help create an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, candidates, and business partners. This is a contract opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing workplace operations, vendor coordination, facilities management, and employee support in a fast-paced corporate environment. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and candidates entering the corporate office
  • Coordinate day-to-day workplace operations to ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment
  • Manage facilities requests, maintenance activities, and service tickets
  • Coordinate with vendors including janitorial, HVAC, security, waste management, and building management
  • Track vendor performance and ensure service expectations are met
  • Support office moves, workstation setups, furniture requests, and workplace improvements
  • Coordinate small workplace projects from planning through execution
  • Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and facility-related documentation
  • Partner with HR, IT, Security, Operations, and Property Management teams
  • Help create a positive employee experience while maintaining efficient office operations

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of facilities management, workplace operations, office management, or property management experience
  • Experience coordinating vendors and facility maintenance activities
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working in a corporate office environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow, Corrigo, or other facilities management systems
  • Experience with Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or other project management software
  • Knowledge of workplace safety or OSHA regulations
  • Experience supporting office renovations, moves, or workplace improvement projects
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
