About the Opportunity

Are you a Senior Full-Stack Engineer ready to make a significant impact? This role is for a creative thinker with strong ownership and a passion for mentorship. You will be instrumental in driving the development of major features, architecting elegant and scalable code, and elevating the technical standards across the engineering team. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our client’s platform and ensuring its continued success.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and innovate large-scale features, implement seamless third-party integrations, and optimize web applications to support a rapidly expanding customer base.
• Provide technical leadership by writing and reviewing technical designs, championing coding best practices, and conducting thorough, constructive code reviews.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior engineers, actively participating in agile processes such as planning, design reviews, and retrospectives, while contributing to cross-team architectural discussions.
• Maintain excellence by improving code maintainability and testability through robust unit testing and proactively identifying opportunities for system upgrades.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in web application development.
• Expert-level Python skills, coupled with a solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB or SQL databases, Git, and Docker.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the autonomy to thrive independently.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• A Computer Science degree.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
