Aquent is seeking a highly skilled Producer III to join our client’s dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the creation and delivery of cutting-edge digital creative, ensuring that groundbreaking campaigns for original series, films, and sports content come to life. Your expertise will directly impact how millions experience new and exciting content, making you an indispensable part of a team that defines industry standards.

  • Schedule: Onsite M – F 
  • Pay Comments:  W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match

What You’ll Do:

  • Produce all facets of digital creative, from initial kick-off through approvals and final delivery.
  • Manage image schedules, expectations, resource allocation, and tracking for all imagery.
  • Track and manage the status of imagery projects, providing weekly and daily updates.
  • Communicate effectively with creative and retouching teams.
  • Accountable for risk management and resolving roadblocks for projects.
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues, drive process improvement, and identify emerging solutions.
  • Receive, compile, confirm accuracy, and distribute pertinent project information to appropriate parties.
  • Collaborate with Producers and production teams to develop processes and streamline workflows.
  • Schedule and facilitate pre- and post-production meetings with the Production team.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and constantly evolve processes for efficiency.
  • Partner with the Asset Management team for archiving of all final assets.
  • Select and brief digital agencies on all aspects of campaign needs, including deliverables, schedules, and budget.
  • Manage morning scrum meetings to align on daily goals, objectives, and action items.
  • Independently handle all aspects of project budgets, including forecasting estimates, tracking actuals, and requesting purchase orders.
  • Track a range of feedback across multiple rounds of creative development.
  • Work with art/print-focused producers to access key art files for adaptation into digital formats.
  • Troubleshoot any layout, resize, and specification challenges with existing artwork as it is repurposed across a range of sizes and specs.
  • Identify and drive efficiencies across an extremely high volume of assets and deliverables.
  • Brainstorm new ways of working to continually scale digital production workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience producing and project managing digital static, interactive, and rich media creative.
  • Experience briefing and managing creative agencies and/or agency experience managing high-level clients, preferably across entertainment or sports marketing.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard digital production, asset management, and project management tools.
