The Modular Content Systems Associate will support a dynamic front-end development team that leads the
development, testing, and maintenance of a proprietary modular content tool for creating reusable content
across digital channels.

This is a great opportunity for a technically minded content professional with experience in digital content,
design operations, marketing production or healthcare/pharma communications to build expertise in
modular content systems, regulated content workflows, and digital content operations while contributing to
meaningful healthcare communications.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Support development and testing of modular content solutions and workflows for digital channels including
emails, alerts, banner ads, and iPads.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues as needed
• Assist with updates, corrections and feedback to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for modular content.
• Collaborate with Senior Developers, Design Managers and Modular Content Design Specialists.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery.
• Participate in training and stay current on tools, processes and digital content trends.
Qualifications:
ï‚· 3-5 years of experience in design, content, or digital marketing role, with a focus on technical
collaboration.
ï‚· Familiarity with modular content tools and workflows for cross-channel and multilingual content
development required
ï‚· A team-oriented mindset, eager to collaborate, learn, and contribute to shared goals.
ï‚· Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, XML
ï‚· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
ï‚· Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
ï‚· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
ï‚· Strong communication and collaboration skills
ï‚· Proactive problem-solving mindset.
ï‚· Pharma or healthcare experience is preferred.

This role is part time. 20 hours a week ongoing 

The target hiring compensation for this role is $40-45/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. 

Additional benefits offered may include: medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
