  • Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to complete design packages
  • Manage multiple projects across various phases (concept, development, execution)
  • Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
  • Identify risks and propose solutions to maintain schedule and design integrity
  • Stay current on retail design trends, materials, and construction methods

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail, commercial, or store design
  • Strong technical design and documentation skills
  • Experience producing construction drawings and reviewing design documentation
  • Proficiency in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply design standards consistently
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting international retail projects or multi-region rollouts
  • Familiarity with adapting designs to local codes and site conditions
  • Exposure to fixture design, prototyping, or material development
  • Experience reviewing shop drawings during construction phases

Tools & Skills

  • 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape, or similar)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent
  • PDF markup tools (e.g., Bluebeam or similar)
  • Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Success in This Role

  • Balancing creativity with technical execution and real-world constraints
  • Effectively managing multiple timelines and stakeholders
