Partnering with Aquent, a leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Email Campaign Manager to join its Data-Driven Communications team within Central Marketing. This team uses data, events, triggers, alerts, and client attributes to create meaningful communications that support client acquisition and engagement.
This hands-on technical role will develop and support personalized, multi-touch communication journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate combines strong AMPscript, HTML, and CSS expertise with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and support email campaigns and client communication journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Use AMPscript, HTML, and CSS to create personalized, responsive communications.
- Build SFMC landing pages and reusable components that can be updated efficiently across campaigns.
- Translate business and personalization requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and aggressive deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing, business, technology, and compliance partners.
- Maintain clear documentation throughout the campaign-production process.
- Follow and advocate for platform, coding, quality, and email-compliance standards.
- Contribute to shared knowledge bases using OneDrive, OneNote, Confluence, or Loop.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign scalability and reduce operational risk.
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- 3+ years of AMPscript programming experience.
- 3+ years of HTML and CSS experience.
- Experience developing landing pages and reusable components in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Understanding of email-development standards and applicable legal or compliance requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical partners.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Current or previous financial-services experience.
- Working knowledge of Workfront.
- Experience with Visual Studio Code and difference-checking tools.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
- Experience maintaining shared documentation in OneDrive, OneNote, Confluence, or Loop.
