About the Role

Are you a strategic and detail-oriented procurement professional ready to make a significant impact? This pivotal position places you at the heart of the supply chain, where your expertise will directly influence operational efficiency, foster strong supplier relationships, and contribute to the successful delivery of groundbreaking products. • Manage and nurture key supplier relationships, tracking and reporting on essential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior Supply Chain leadership.
  • Contribute valuable insights to monthly scorecards and present comprehensive procurement data during quarterly business reviews.
  • Strategically plan material requirements, meticulously manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate schedules within the ERP system, effectively communicating these needs to suppliers.
  • Proactively identify potential supply chain material risks and establish transparent monitoring mechanisms for material flow.
  • Collaborate closely with the Planning team to communicate supply chain risks and develop effective mitigation strategies for end-users.
  • Develop and implement efficient and accurate mechanisms for monitoring and updating open purchase orders, expedites, and delivery requirements.
  • Provide essential support to the Global Commodity Management team in maintaining robust supplier relationships, monitoring performance, addressing supply issues, and contributing to new product and program development.
  • Resolve purchase order receiving errors and assist with invoice reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Manage supplier returns, including processing non-conformance reports, Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), and handling Material Review Board (MRB) materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead cross-functional groups to execute and implement these enhancements.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of direct procurement experience, demonstrating ownership of supplier relationships, programs, and substantial component portfolios (beyond transactional or assistant coordinator scope).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems for efficient purchase order execution, rescheduling, and comprehensive supply/demand tracking.
  • Intermediate to strong Excel skills, specifically in creating and manipulating Pivot Tables and performing data lookups.
  • Experience with SQL querying or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a self-motivated approach, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to teamwork in a demanding, yet collegial environment.

Stand Out With
