What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers, providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, refreshing displays to align with seasonal themes and promotions, ensuring the store always looks its best.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including reconciling daily cash and credit card receipts.
• Monitor stock levels diligently, executing restocking procedures and cycle counts, and reporting any discrepancies to management to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a genuine ability to connect with people.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and general retail operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in merchandising and inventory control.
