About the Role

Impact & Contribution

As a vital member of this high-performing team, you will alleviate administrative burdens and streamline operations, allowing engineers and leaders to dedicate their full attention to groundbreaking projects. You will be instrumental in supporting critical onsite events, coordinating catering, managing equipment lifecycles, maintaining essential supplies, and facilitating smooth onboarding for new team members. Your ability to manage a diverse set of responsibilities will directly contribute to a well-organized, efficient, and thriving workplace, playing a meaningful role in the team’s ability to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure onsite readiness.
  • Manage hardware requests, asset tracking, and equipment processing.
  • Act as the primary liaison for facilities, workspace, and office support requests.
  • Manage the receipt and distribution of deliveries, supplies, snacks, and team equipment.
  • Support organizational events, morale activities, town halls, and onsite meetings.
  • Coordinate vendors, catering, invoices, and event logistics.
  • Maintain shared spaces, storage locations, and operational inventory.
  • Provide essential onsite operational support during building or workplace disruptions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in a large, fast-paced corporate environment, with 3 to 5 or more years strongly desired.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.
  • Expert ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize competing demands.
  • Expert ability to maintain confidentiality and keep information organized and secure.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with systems for expense reporting and operational workflows.
  • Service-oriented approach with a commitment to enabling leadership and team success.
  • Embody a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence.

Preferred Skills

  • Recent experience within a large, complex organization, preferably within the last 1-2 years, with familiarity with modern workplace tools and processes.
  • Experience with onsite operations and facility coordination.
  • Experience with hardware and onboarding management.
  • Experience with event and vendor management.
