​We’re looking for a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our team. You’ll be a key player in building and maintaining cutting-edge web applications​. This position requires a problem-solver with solid experience in web technologies, including: designing, building, and integrating complex software solutions.
Please Note: This is a onsite role based out of Moline, IL OR Quad Cities. W2 only, no sponsorship or C2C available.
Major Duties:
- Develops, codes, configures, and tests programs and systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
- Evaluates the coding quality from other team members by involving in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborates with other relevant stakeholders to ensure that features meet business needs.
- Follows industry-standard agile software design methodology for development
- Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and pairing programming
- This position leads to the resolution of production issues in a timely manner based on SLAs that includes weekend support as an Incident Rotator.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing web application development

- AWS Cloud Services: Experience deploying and managing applications using AWS services such as ECS Fargate, Dynamo, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
- Continuous Integration GitHub, CI/CD – Github Actions
- API Integration: Consume and expose APIs securely across frontend and backend.
- Database – PostgreSQL/MongoDB/DocumentDB
- Testing Frameworks:Unit and integration testing RTL, JUnit and Bruno,
- Automated Testing: Playwright
- Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like Datadog or AWS CloudWatch.
- Agile Methodologies: Agile/Scrum setup in Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in an Agile-led team environment

Other Requirements
Compensation Range: $50 -55/hr DOE
The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
