Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing digital campaigns and driving tangible results? We are seeking a dynamic Search Performance Campaign Manager to join a pivotal sales organization. In this role, you won’t just manage campaigns; you’ll be instrumental in shaping the success of key partners, directly influencing revenue growth, and contributing to product enhancements within a rapidly evolving retail media environment. Your expertise will directly translate into measurable business outcomes, making a significant impact on our partners’ marketing objectives and the overall digital advertising ecosystem.

Core Skill Requirements

  • Retail Media: Deep familiarity with the retail media landscape, e-commerce ad networks, and digital shopper marketing dynamics.
  • Search Marketing: Demonstrated expertise in paid search environments, keyword targeting, bid strategies, and performance execution.
  • Advanced Excel: Proficient in Excel for data manipulation, campaign reporting, trend analysis, and performance modeling.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

  • Run Performance Reports: Consistently generate, pull, and analyze daily and weekly campaign performance reports to monitor metrics, pacing, and efficiency.
  • Create Data-Backed Optimization Recommendations: Translate campaign analytics into clear, actionable optimization strategies, keyword tweaks, and bid adjustments that directly improve performance.
  • Manage & Optimize Campaigns: Execute end-to-end search campaigns, optimizing account configurations and keyword targeting for peak performance.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Utilize strategic campaign management and budget optimization to maximize partner ROI and unlock account growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, account management, campaign management, and API/Ad Tech partners to ensure cohesive, alignment-driven strategies.
  • Inform Product Enhancements: Synthesize operational insights and data trends to provide feedback that fuels continuous ad product and tool improvements.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Communicate findings and campaign impact clearly to internal and external stakeholders through data-driven reporting.

  • Revenue Orientation: Demonstrated experience connecting campaign optimizations to measurable business outcomes and partner success.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills with experience operating across multi-disciplinary sales and technical teams.
