About the Role
Aquent has joined forces with a leading global semiconductor and electronics company to find a Freelance Corporate Photographer for their Dallas-based studio. If you love crafting polished headshots, product stills, and on-site imagery that make complex technology look clean and compelling, this gig is for you.
In this role, you will join a small rotation of on-site day-players working alongside internal producers to capture a wide range of corporate still photography. Your focus will be on delivering polished, professional imagery suitable for executive-level audiences, technical products, and B2B communications.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Photography Support: Capture high-quality stills across multiple categories, including:

Corporate headshots and executive leadership portraits.
- Technical product photography (including macro shots of very small components, microchips, and circuit boards).
- On-site facility and architectural imagery (commercial interiors, high-tech labs, and corporate campuses).
- Employee spotlights, culture-focused stills, and workplace events.

- Production Collaboration: Work directly with internal producers on shot lists, studio/location setups, and overall visual strategy.
- Lighting & Direction: Skillfully light and pose subjects to maintain a high level of executive-level polish.
- Brand Consistency: Deliver consistent, color-accurate, on-brand imagery under tight production schedules.
- Asset Handoff: Complete shooting calls and transfer raw files directly to internal teams for post-production.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Portfolio: Strong corporate and B2B portfolio demonstrating polished, business-appropriate work (headshots, facilities, and product photography) rather than purely lifestyle or artistic media.
- Technical Product Expertise: Demonstrated ability to light and photograph small-scale objects and technical equipment.
- Lighting & Composition: Advanced proficiency with studio and portable lighting setups for both people and macro/product subjects.
- Executive Presence: Comfortable and professional when working on set with senior leadership and cross-functional corporate teams.
- On-Site Availability: Ability to work on-site in Dallas, pass a background check, and obtain an site badge.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience working on active sets alongside video production teams.
- Familiarity with corporate production environments (e.g., live broadcasts, town halls, training sessions, or B2B marketing shoots).
- Scheduling flexibility to support short-notice on-site shoots as production needs arise.
