We are looking for a curious, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will independently manage a demanding recruiting desk, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and secure exceptional candidates. This role offers broad exposure and the chance to directly influence the strategic growth of a company committed to technological advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hiring manager intake calls to understand critical talent needs.
- Post and strategically manage requisitions from inception to closure.
- Proactively review resumes, source top talent, and conduct thorough candidate phone screens.
- Take ownership of candidate communication and guide them through the entire interview and selection process.
- Collaborate effectively with interview coordinators and utilize available AI-enabled interview tools to streamline processes.
- Facilitate impactful offer discussions and skillfully negotiate terms to secure desired talent.
- Maintain strong, consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners throughout the hiring journey.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Approximately 3-5 years of comprehensive full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing requisitions and building strong partnerships with hiring managers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a high-volume, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, proactive initiative, and sound judgment.
- Experience within a staffing agency and a track record of success in high-volume recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree should possess at least four additional years of relevant experience beyond the required 3–5 years.
- Strong preference for experience with Workday.
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing is highly valued.
- Prior experience in a rapidly evolving industry sector.
