What You’ll Do

• Coordinate product orders to support celebrity, influencer, entertainment, and brand-marketing initiatives.
• Utilize product information and style codes to accurately place and track orders.
• Organize and coordinate bespoke product gifting kits tailored to celebrity interests, themes, and marketing moments.
• Maintain precise product, order, and status information using Excel and Airtable.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, merchandising, product, and operations partners.
• Track timelines diligently and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure project momentum.
• Provide essential product support for campaigns, photoshoots, and other high-visibility initiatives.
• Assist the team in managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requests in a fast-moving environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an office, marketing, merchandising, product, PR, or similarly coordinated environment.
• Proven experience working with product orders, style codes, SKUs, samples, or comparable product information.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence in communicating and following up across multiple teams.
• A genuine interest in pop culture, fashion, celebrity/influencer culture, and consumer products.
• Ability to effectively juggle competing requests and changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Excel.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in product seeding, influencer gifting, or celebrity/VIP gifting.
• Background in fashion, footwear, apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience with sample coordination or visual merchandising.
• Familiarity with Airtable.
• Previous experience with a comparable consumer brand.
