We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Integrator Consultant to become a pivotal part of a massive global rollout of a cutting-edge enterprise timekeeping and payroll system. This is your chance to make a profound impact, driving efficiency and success across a worldwide organization by owning the full lifecycle of complex integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration life cycles, including requirements gathering, design documentation, hands-on coding, unit testing, and post-deployment support.
• Build and maintain integrations supporting the implementation of the enterprise timekeeping application using Boomi.
• Collaborate daily with a dedicated team of developers, configurators, and critical business stakeholders.
• Participate actively in agile rhythm meetings to review tasks, update progress, and track overall project status.
• Communicate complex technical concepts, integration challenges, and progress updates clearly and effectively to both technical peers and non-technical business partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• UKG Pro / WFM: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro / Ultimate Kronos Group WFM.
• Dell Boomi: 3 to 5 years of active integration development and coding experience using Boomi.
• Kronos Tools: 3 to 5 years of experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Kronos WFC software.
