UX Engineer, AI Prototyping

Overview

We’re looking for a UX Engineer who blends rapid prototyping, design exploration, and technical execution. In this role, you’ll transform abstract ideas into interactive prototypes that explore future user-facing products and build AI-powered tools that improve internal workflows. Your work will help teams learn directly from users, explore new product possibilities, and identify practical ways to integrate our clients newest AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate early ideas and abstract concepts into interactive prototypes that make potential experiences tangible.
• Build AI-powered tools that improve internal workflows and help teams explore new ways of working.
• Create prototypes at different levels of fidelity, from quick experiments to robust implementations that support deeper testing.
• Put prototypes in front of internal teams and external users to gather feedback, challenge assumptions, and refine solutions.
• Experiment with emerging AI models and tools to uncover new capabilities, interactions, and use cases.
• Bring structure and direction to ambiguous problems through hands-on exploration and iteration.
• Communicate concepts and learnings through working prototypes that help inform product decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
