  • Collaborate with leads and product managers to create user story stubs, tasks, and bugs, while actively scrubbing the backlog and clearing stale work.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings by creating invites, drafting agendas, and preparing pre-reads and status questions.
  • Lead and run stand-ups, planning sessions, triage meetings, office hours, and retrospectives, both live and asynchronously.
  • Ensure all work items are updated with decisions, owners, status, and next steps.
  • Maintain action logs, reminders, and workflows, diligently following up on blocked or at-risk work to keep projects on track.
  • Represent features or workstreams in release forums, collaborating with leads and product managers.
  • Review release queries, clear stale work, update fields, and confirm next actions for releases.
  • Consolidate changelog review posts, track feedback and open items, and confirm follow-up with feature owners.
  • Partner with QA teams to coordinate validation/test plans, reproductions, regression tracking, and release dependencies.
  • Track critical-path work, validation dependencies, readiness signals, release risks, and unresolved bugs.
  • Coordinate dependencies, partner commitments, and technical initiatives across various teams, escalating decisions when necessary to maintain project momentum.
