Aquent shines at the National Diversity & Leadership Conference

The National Diversity & Leadership Conference, the largest DEIB conference in the United States, focuses on leadership training and sharing best practices in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Aquent received three awards from the conference, including Top 50 Corporate Social Responsibility, highlighting its commitment to community, environmental, and global good through initiatives like its worldwide Diversity Councils, Diversity+ solution, and focus on climate action through its Sustainability solution. The DEI Champion award was presented to Den Mondejar, Director of Diversity Enterprise and Talent Solutions at Aquent. Den received this award for his passionate efforts to achieve workforce diversity goals through diversity recruiting. Den is also a key member of Aquent's North American DEIB Council and chairs the BIPOC Employee Resource Group, contributing to making Aquent a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. The Top 50 Inclusive Leader award was presented to Aquent’s Director of Marketing, Carole Smith. Carole is the co-founder and executive advisor to Aquent’s North American DEIB Council. This award recognizes her commitment to fostering inclusive environments and promoting diversity within organizations and communities.
