John H. Chuang Founder and CEO, Aquent
Employers in the U.S. are increasingly recognizing the importance of mental well-being for their workers, leading to the integration of initiatives promoting mental health into workplace policies. To spotlight the organizations prioritizing the mental well-being of their employees, Newsweek and Plant-A Insights data research developed an inaugural ranking of America's Greatest Workplaces for Mental Wellbeing 2024. Aquent was listed among the top 750 U.S. employers making a positive difference in the mental wellness of their workers. This ranking is based on reviews from more than 250,000 U.S. employees, giving more than 1.5 million company reviews. Being named to the list is a credit to Aquent’s overall commitment to employee well-being. The company offers comprehensive benefits to talent and staff, including access to mental health resources and medical care.
