Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a team renowned for its innovative client experiences and cutting-edge digital strategies. As an Email Marketing Producer, you will be the engine behind email campaign production and execution, ensuring flawless delivery and optimal client engagement. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, leverage your technical expertise, and contribute to a dynamic, high-performing marketing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Produce and execute email campaigns, ensuring accurate and error-free deployment across all platforms.
- QA campaigns, meticulously proofing and testing links, content, and targeted assets.
- Partner with production, project management, and web development teams for seamless campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Promotional Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, CRM, Creative, and Merchandising.
- Support the integration and validation of new ESP functionalities.
- Test and validate email client functionalities (e.g., Gmail annotations, dark mode, dynamic personalization).
- Work with external vendors on marketing tool integrations.
- Support the Retention Marketing team on special projects.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of e-commerce production experience focused on email and mobile digital marketing.
- Familiarity with email or mobile messaging deployment platforms (e.g., Epsilon, Braze, Bluecore, Exact Target, Strongview, Acxiom Digital, Salesforce, MailChimp).
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and campaign building.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with email marketing, segmentation, and analytics.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality and optimization.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience using Movable Ink, Jacquard, Monday.com, or Ziflow.
