The Digital Wallets team focuses on driving technology, partnerships, and growth strategies for cardholder sales via partner platforms.

The Senior Manager, Digital Wallet Marketing Strategy, will support critical enhancements to marketing platforms, focusing on advanced targeting and digital ad servicing capabilities. By ensuring strict adherence to controls during campaign execution and coordinating with Analytics for timely performance metrics, resource contributions will directly tie to key performance indicators around increased digital wallet adoption, enhanced customer engagement, and optimized campaign effectiveness on our roadmap.
These roles are crucial for our digital wallet strategy, ensuring customers engage with key integrations like MACs, MCI, Browser Autofill, and Digital Wallets. They will drive significant program enhancements, directly enabling go-to-market campaigns that boost customer awareness and engagement on existing and new digital wallet integrations with MACs, MIC, Apple Pay, Flex, and Paze.
The resources filling these positions will help scale digital wallet strategic initiatives and support digital wallet marketing campaign strategy and execution. This may include cross-functional coordination with Product, Analytics, and other Execution teams.
This resource will be responsible for delivering the following:
- Supporting the development of innovative marketing strategies to drive both existing customer marketing (ECM) and new customer acquisition within our digital wallet ecosystem.
- Working with agency and channel teams to support the creation and execution of compelling, creative content.
- Support requirements for enhancements to marketing platforms, including targeting and digital ad servicing.
- Ensuring strict adherence to controls during campaign execution.
- Coordinating with Analytics to provide timely metrics for all marketing campaigns.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic Marketing Program Manager to lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our Digital Wallet ecosystem. In this high-visibility role, you will drive customer adoption and engagement for key payment integrations—including Paze, Apple Pay, and Click to Pay. You will bridge the gap between Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to deliver innovative campaigns that scale our digital footprint while ensuring strict adherence to financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & GTM Leadership: Develop and lead data-driven marketing strategies to drive New Customer Acquisition and Existing Customer Management (ECM) for digital wallet products.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Manage relationships with internal creative agencies and external partners to deliver compelling assets on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for Product, Legal, Compliance, and Execution teams. Create and deliver executive-level presentations that articulate strategy, wins, and future roadmap.
Performance & Analytics: Partner with Analytics teams to establish KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness. Use insights to optimize targeting, digital ad servicing, and ROI for wallet adoption.
Risk & Controls: Ensure all marketing activities strictly adhere to banking regulations and internal control frameworks during execution.
Platform Enhancement: Support critical requirements for marketing platform upgrades, specifically regarding advanced targeting and digital checkout integrations (MACs, MCI, Browser Autofill).
Qualifications:
Experience: 12+ years of experience in Marketing Program Management or Digital Strategy.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Financial Services is required. Specific experience with Digital Wallets (Paze, Apple Pay) or Digital Checkout solutions is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (executive storytelling) and Excel. Familiarity with digital ad tech and targeting platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and navigate a complex matrixed organization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

This role is mainly focused on being responsible for setting up and delivering campaign marketing
strategies for all enrollment and engagement touchpoints/channels.

- Pull together top-level marketing metrics to inform ongoing marketing
- Create presentations articulating strategy, wins, metrics and future state
- POC with the Business, Legal, Control, MTD, Internal Creative Agency to drive Marketing efforts forward
- Manage budget and execution capacity
- Direct report to Director in Marketing
Experience desired:
