We’re looking for a  Creative Marketing Project Manager to join the Aquent Studios x Adobe team, specifically supporting the Corporate team with the development and execution of integrated marketing programs under the guidance of senior team members. 

What you need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years experience of strong project/program management capabilities, ideally within a corporate tech organization or creative ad agency.
  • Organizational overachiever: create asset trackers, gantt charts, timelines, providing clear documentation (eg. meeting notes transformed into clear action items), prioritization of deliverables sets, and executing on them.
  • Critical thinking necessary for  expansion of initiatives, determine  actionable needs, map out and document throughout.
  • A background in corporate branding and compliance a huge plus
  • Act as a highly collaborative partner who can bring multiple teams together to define a coordinated program and deliverables. Integrated marketing deliverables may include branding guidelines, social, animation/motion, digital banners & visual assets, emails, swag, and corporate initiatives. 
  • Attention to detail and operationally strong, but capability to connect to and understand strategy.
  • Effectively work and collaborate across creatives, internal and external  stakeholders.
  • Capable of driving great communication, building strong partnerships, and navigating complex stakeholders through meetings & documentation. 
  • Strength in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and managing a team across complex timelines.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, while remaining flexible.
  • Experience using Workfront or ability to pick up PM tools quickly is essential; Slack experience a plus as this role works within a very heavy Slack culture.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and problem solve, while keeping all parties informed and tracking.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end creative production, including creative briefing and developing timelines, in partnership with creative teams, agencies and stakeholders. Responsible for delivery of twice yearly brand guidelines which include communications, reviews/feedback notes, various corporate projects including banners, logos, social, and other corporate initiatives. 
  • Work cross-functionally amongst multiple teams and stakeholders to create and manage workflows, timelines, budgets, etc. across multiple integrated marketing channels, including  working with media agencies and third party partners. 
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, navigate complex feedback to resolution, and align on priorities. 
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs, and work effectively across stakeholders to drive these integrated programs.

Other Requirements

Compensation Range: $105 – $110K (DOE)

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
