* **Strategic Testing:** Create comprehensive test plans that cover functional, feature, regression, and smoke testing scenarios, identifying and documenting edge cases in close collaboration with developers.
* **Quality Assurance Champion:** Execute both manual and automated tests across mobile platforms, ensuring application quality and reliability, including post-deployment validation of backend services and API integrations.
* **Defect Management:** Conduct thorough regression testing before each release, meticulously documenting and tracking defects with clear reproduction steps and severity classifications.
* **Collaborative Partnership:** Partner with developers to define clear, testable acceptance criteria and proactively identify potential quality risks early in the development cycle.
* **Product Alignment:** Work closely with Product Owners to ensure features meet business requirements and adhere to best-in-class QA practices.

* **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute to initiatives focused on improving test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall quality.
* **Mentorship & Leadership:** Mentor junior QA engineers, providing valuable guidance on testing strategies and tool utilization.
* **Insightful Reporting:** Track and report on key quality metrics, including test coverage and defect trends, providing clear status reports on testing progress and release readiness.
* **Risk Management:** Proactively identify quality risks and effectively communicate their impact to stakeholders.

**Must-Have Qualifications**
