Space Planning Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation and ongoing management of our space planning and category management platform. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to build, organize, and maintain retail fixtures and planograms while establishing scalable processes and standards for merchandising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• System Architecture: Create and maintain all base fixture libraries within the space planning platform.
• Data Integrity: Enter and manage product specifications to ensure accurate digital planogram population.
• Content Collaboration: Gather required assets from cross-functional partners and independently develop content to support merchandising resets.
• Process Optimization: Organize fixture and layout information to ensure alignment with Space Optimization and field execution teams.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve system setup and usage issues to ensure the platform remains fully operational for all stakeholders.
• Standardization: Establish and maintain operational guardrails to ensure consistency across various product categories and hardware sets.
• Knowledge Management: Develop internal training documentation and SOPs in partnership with subject matter experts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience with industry-standard space planning software (e.g., Blue Yonder, Apollo, or Spaceman).
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in standard office productivity suites, specifically spreadsheet and presentation tools.
• Industry Background: Professional experience in Visual Merchandising, with a preference for candidates who have both field and corporate exposure.
• Operational Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail Oriented: High attention to detail with a proven ability to manage complex datasets and technical systems.
• Industry Passion: A genuine interest in retail trends, consumer products, and the prestige beauty landscape.
• Hourly rate: $37.16
