Role Overview
The Senior Designer Contractor will play a key role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life through creative execution. Reporting to the Art Director, this position will collaborate closely with teams across Editorial, Visual Merchandising, Content Production, and Marketing to craft and deliver exceptional creative assets that ensure a seamless, best-in-class 360° client experience across retail, digital, and paid media.
Key Responsibilities
- Trend & Concept: Conduct trend research and lead concept development for new launches.
- Visualization: Create concept sketches and storyboards to align stakeholders.
- Production Briefing: Assist in the development of shoot briefs and post-production briefs.
- Asset Creation: End-to-end digital and print asset development, management, and handoff.
- Internal Design: Develop high-level presentation decks and brand templates.
Candidate Profile
We’re excited about you if you have:
- Experience: 3-5 years of design experience (Beauty or Luxury CPG preferred).
- Education: BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design (preferred).
- Design Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Soft Skills: Basic digital sketching/storyboarding skills and excellent time management.
- Communication: Clear and concise communication skills and a passion for social media trends.
Nice to Have:
- Motion graphics and animation experience.
- Experience with retouching and photo art direction.
