We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Card Operations Analyst to support critical financial operations within the organization. This role sits at the intersection of finance, treasury, and internal operations, ensuring the effective administration, compliance, and reporting of the corporate credit card program.
You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, internal controls, and stakeholder support, while partnering cross-functionally across Finance, HR, IT, and external banking partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Credit Card Program Administration

Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate credit card platform in partnership with external financial institutions
- Ensure smooth functionality, issue resolution, and ongoing system integrity

- Stakeholder Support & Issue Resolution

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee credit card inquiries
- Utilize internal ticketing systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

- Compliance & Internal Controls

Enforce adherence to internal policies related to credit limits, usage, and approvals
- Process credit limit increase requests through internal systems while maintaining audit compliance

- Reporting & Financial Analysis

Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to credit card activity
- Support finance and accounting teams with data analysis and reporting insights

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with HR and IT teams to monitor employee status (onboarding/offboarding) via daily data feeds
- Ensure timely card closures, updates, and compliance with company policies

- Accounts Payable & Vendor Coordination

Collaborate with AP and Sourcing teams on weekly vendor payment processes
- Support reconciliation and payment workflows tied to credit card transactions

- Policy & Governance

Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and corporate financial standards
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency

Must-Have Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, lookups, etc.)
- Experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative operations role
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira)
- Experience working with internal platforms or CRM systems
- Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports
- Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience within a financial institution, credit card company, or treasury function
- Exposure to corporate card platforms (e.g., Amex, Citi, Concur)
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
