We’re seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to spearhead a vital data management and change initiative. In this role, you won’t just process numbers; you’ll be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, optimizing financial structures, and directly contributing to the strategic alignment of a vast workforce. Your expertise will drive efficiency, provide crucial insights, and lay the groundwork for informed decision-making across the enterprise, directly influencing how resources are allocated and managed at scale.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead a critical change and data management project focused on financial and workforce alignment
  • Conduct comprehensive data auditing and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial records.
  • Manage the process of closing out and renaming financial cost centers.
  •  Facilitate the reassignment of a large volume of employee records to correct financial tracking categories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and human resources teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work meticulously with confidential data, upholding the highest standards of discretion and security.
  •  Generate detailed data extracts from multiple sources to support review and strategic decision-making by stakeholders.
  • Analyze extensive datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including the ability to pull, manipulate, and present data from diverse spreadsheets.
  • Proven experience in analyzing large datasets and generating insightful reports.
  •  Demonstrated experience in data auditing and cleansing methodologies.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of financial principles, particularly regarding spend tracking, is a nice-to-have.
  •  A general understanding of human resources systems and employee setup processes is a nice-to-have.
  •  Exceptional ability to communicate complex data and project goals to diverse audiences is a nice-to-have.
  •  Experience in change management, especially within data-intensive project environments, is a nice-to-have.
