Overview
Join a global contracts team as a strategic partner supporting worldwide sales initiatives. In this role, you will lead the negotiation and management of complex commercial agreements across multiple channels, including consumer, enterprise, carrier, education, government, and health sectors.
This is a high-impact position requiring strong negotiation expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across legal and commercial teams to drive successful deal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Negotiation & Management
- Lead end-to-end negotiation of complex commercial sales agreements
- Draft, review, and revise contracts to align with business and legal requirements
- Manage a portfolio of high-impact, global deals across multiple sales channels
Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with legal counsel, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, enforceable contractual terms
- Provide strategic recommendations to balance risk and business objectives
Process & Optimization
- Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and playbooks
- Drive consistency in contract language, structure, and workflows
- Utilize contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools to improve efficiency
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks proactively
- Resolve complex contractual challenges with practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal audiences
- Influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
Experience
- 6+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-party contracts
- Experience across multiple industries or sales channels preferred
Skills
- Strong negotiation and drafting capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent negotiations under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with contract templates, approval workflows, and CLM tools
- Solid understanding of commercial legal principles and compliance

- Bachelor’s degree required
