**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join a team focused on developing and enhancing core eCommerce operations and supply chain solutions. This role is central to improving omni-channel sales, reducing cancellations, cutting costs, and boosting operational efficiency across the enterprise. You will contribute to initiatives that power how the website functions end-to-end, working within a fast-moving, Agile environment on a three-week sprint cadence. This is a unique contract opportunity to backfill a maternity leave for approximately 10 months, offering a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on product delivery. You will report directly to senior leadership within the eCommerce operations domain.

**What You’ll Do**

* Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and executive-level updates and presentations, translating complex work into clear, impactful communications.
* Track and report on feature value delivery, demonstrating the measurable business outcomes of investments.
* Write clear, well-structured user stories, define precise requirements, and validate and test product features to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.
* Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including standups, retrospectives, sprint demos, and planning sessions, maintaining a consistent three-week cadence.
* Support strategic supplier integration initiatives and contribute to the dedicated operations squad, ensuring continuous improvement and maintenance of core systems.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and aligning efforts.
* Help maintain team focus and momentum across a dynamic, ever-shifting portfolio, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.

**Must-Have:**

* Demonstrated experience working in Agile product or project environments, with a strong understanding of ceremonies, cadences, and how to contribute effectively from day one.
* Ability to write clear, well-structured user stories and define comprehensive product requirements.
* Strong strategic communication skills, capable of translating complex technical and business concepts into executive-ready presentations and updates.
* Proven experience with value tracking and ROI reporting on delivered features.
* A self-starter mindset, enabling you to take initiative, make decisions, and drive momentum without constant direction.
* High comfort with ambiguity, demonstrating adaptability and effectiveness in environments where priorities shift and projects evolve.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, essential for working with diverse teams.

**Nice to Have:**

* Familiarity with modern project management and documentation tools.
* Experience working with or alongside AI tools, reflecting a forward-thinking approach to technology.
* A background in eCommerce, retail, or order/inventory management.

The target hiring compensation for this role is C$30-C$40/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
