In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in bringing innovative visual concepts to life, ensuring every display tells a compelling story. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, transforming ideas into tangible visual assets that enhance the shopping experience and reinforce brand excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of visual presentation across various retail touchpoints, making a significant contribution to the brand’s success and market leadership.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Execute specialized visual display projects as directed by senior visual staff, bringing creative visions to fruition.
* Develop and meticulously review planograms to optimize product placement and visual flow.
* Actively participate in the proofing process, ensuring accuracy and quality in all visual communications.
* Produce high-quality Photoshop renderings to visualize concepts and presentations.
* Create detailed 3D renderings and industrial designs for innovative display solutions.
* Partner closely with graphic designers to enhance and integrate visual assets seamlessly.
* Assist in sourcing appropriate materials for impactful window, in-store, and showroom set-ups.
* Proactively contribute to team efforts and support where necessary to achieve project goals.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising.
* Experience with retail display development, particularly Point-of-Sale (POS) materials.
* Higher Diploma or above in visual merchandising or a related design field.
* Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
* Demonstrated store design background.
* Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work effectively and independently on assigned projects.
