Digital Product Designer

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital experiences within a dynamic mobile app team, focusing on critical customer-facing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience by designing engaging campaigns, seamless onboarding flows, and innovative features for new products, directly contributing to the growth and success of the mobile application. Your expertise will be crucial in bridging the gap for strong visual design within the team, ensuring our digital products are not only functional but also visually stunning and intuitive.

• Banking or financial experience a plus

**What You’ll Do:**

* Execute high-quality visual designs for mobile application campaigns, onboarding flows, and new product features, setting new standards for digital engagement.
* Apply strong interaction design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences that delight and empower users.
* Leverage your expert-level proficiency in Figma to create, manage, and deliver production-ready design assets and components efficiently.
* Adhere to and strategically contribute to the evolution of an established design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
* Prepare and deliver meticulously crafted production-ready design files for seamless integration by development teams.
* Customize illustrations and icons to align perfectly with brand guidelines, enhancing the visual identity of our applications.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers in a fast-paced, agile environment, fostering innovation and shared success.
* Potentially run user tests and analyze results to inform design iterations, ensuring a user-centered approach to every solution.

**Required Qualifications:**

* A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and a proven track record of creative problem-solving.
* Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including extensive experience with design systems and component libraries.
* Proven experience in interaction design and a holistic approach to product design thinking.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an established design system.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with evolving requirements.
* Eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with mobile application design.
* Experience in the financial industry or with campaign-focused design.
* Familiarity with user testing methodologies or software (e.g., Maze, Alida).
