Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales success in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a talented Manager, Pricing & Planning to make a significant impact on our sales strategy and execution. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in shaping our commercial approach, guiding a team of dedicated professionals, and ensuring our offerings are optimally valued and positioned within the market. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to educate sales teams, secure key partnerships, and capitalize on evolving opportunities within the exciting world of sports and entertainment.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Directly manage Sales Planners and their deliverables, fostering a high-performance environment.
* Lead ongoing training and development initiatives for the team, adapting to seasonal selling approaches and evolving content rights.
* Provide expert guidance to Sales Planners on pricing and mix needs, supported by clear and compelling rationale.
* Support and defend sales strategies, educating sales teams on critical business needs and market dynamics.
* Collaborate closely with brand solutions teams to guide valuation and sponsorship assessment for assigned clients.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of business experience with a focus on Pricing & Planning within a national sales organization.
* Proven experience directly managing or mentoring a team of individual contributors in a national sales organization.
* Demonstrated leadership/managerial experience, capable of managing up to 5 planners.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
* Expert proficiency in Excel.
* Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
* A highly collaborative and team-oriented approach.
* Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-changing work environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with linear media planning or sales.
