You will be at the heart of managing complex operational rhythms, orchestrating key meetings, and facilitating critical planning cycles for a large sales organization. **What You’ll Do:**

* Manage and optimize team-wide rhythms of business, including comprehensive calendar management and coordination of recurring meetings.
* Take ownership of the planning and execution of annual business rhythms, ensuring all key stakeholders are aligned and prepared.
* Coordinate and manage logistics for internal events, contributing to successful team engagement and collaboration.
* Support forward planning initiatives by developing and maintaining fiscal year calendars and rhythm of business models.
* Provide essential operational support, including managing internal communication channels and handling various ad hoc projects.
* Oversee general office duties such as supply ordering, maintaining robust records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping.
* Review and process various documents, including invoices, reports, memos, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Analyze incoming communications and reports to determine significance and facilitate appropriate distribution.
* Prepare meeting agendas and arrange all necessary logistics for committee, board, and other high-level meetings.

**What You’ll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED required.
* 10+ years of extensive administrative support experience.
* Proven experience working directly with executives and supporting large organizations.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and interpersonal effectiveness.
* Expert ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and effectively organize and maintain confidential information.
* Demonstrated expertise in event planning and budgeting.
* Proficiency with standard office suite applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Extensive experience in managing complex calendars and team-wide rhythms of business.
* Demonstrated experience coordinating recurring high-level meetings (e.g., executive briefings, business reviews).
* Involvement in forward planning or fiscal year calendar development.
* Prior experience in a large, fast-paced sales organization.
