Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for product development and apparel? We are seeking a proactive individual to step into a critical role, supporting the product management lifecycle for a dynamic team. In this exciting 6-month contract, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of product initiatives, directly contributing to the timely delivery of innovative and high-quality apparel to market. Your meticulous approach and ability to manage key product assets will directly influence the success of upcoming collections and the overall efficiency of the team, playing a vital part in bringing groundbreaking products to life.

**What you’ll do:**

* Manage and track critical product samples throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely availability.
* Provide essential support to product management teams across various stages of product development, from concept to launch.
* Maintain highly organized documentation and data related to product initiatives, ensuring easy access and clear communication.
* Utilize various software tools to ensure efficient workflow, communication, and data management within the team.
* Contribute to the overall operational excellence of the product team, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

**What you’ll bring:**

* 2-4 years of professional experience in a related field.
* A Bachelor’s degree is required.
* Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Keynote.
* Demonstrated experience and expertise in sample management.
* Experience within the apparel industry, which can include retail experience.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
* Proven ability to stay on task and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
