**What You’ll Do:**
* **Strategic Production Leadership:** Own the end-to-end planning and flawless onsite execution for brand activations of all scales, meticulously managing budgets, timelines, and production schedules from initial concept to post-event wrap-up.
* **Operational Excellence & Asset Management:** Oversee the entire lifecycle of event materials, including efficient shipping, secure storage, and precise inventory tracking for signage, collateral, demo components, and staging equipment, guaranteeing adherence to both technical and brand standards.
* **Expert Vendor Management:** Serve as the primary liaison for fabrication vendors, production partners, and brand ambassadors, expertly coordinating builds, strikes, and comprehensive onsite staffing plans.
* **Transparent Digital Communication:** Maintain exceptional visibility into project status and daily priorities through proactive updates, fostering seamless alignment with senior leadership.
* **Process & Systems Innovation:** Contribute to the development of scalable internal systems and meticulously maintain detailed program documentation, including run-of-show schedules, onsite staffing plans, and comprehensive production recaps.
* **Brand Stewardship & Professionalism:** Act as a polished and professional representative onsite, upholding the highest standards of executive presence when engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience producing marquee activations, pop-ups, or high-profile events for brands that prioritize both aesthetic appeal and measurable impact.
* A natural collaborator with a team-oriented mindset, adept at building strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional partners and contributing to a positive, high-velocity team culture.
* Strategically minded, consistently asking “How does this serve the audience?” and deeply understanding the ‘why’ behind every ‘what’.
* Autonomous and proactive, capable of defining your own next steps and proactively seeking opportunities to add value during both peak and off-peak periods.
* Digitally fluent, natively comfortable with digital collaboration tools and preferring a proactive, digital-first communication style.
* Solution-oriented, approaching challenges by bringing well-thought-out recommendations and “ready-to-go” solutions to the table.
* Proven expertise in production logistics, vendor management, and onsite build/strike coordination.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Experience within a fast-paced technology or automotive organization where precision and adaptability are paramount.
* Established vendor relationships in key markets.
