About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Designer to join their growing creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the visual identity of a premium skincare brand, creating compelling digital and print experiences across a wide range of consumer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with a passion for beauty, branding, and visual storytelling. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable taking ownership from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Design & Asset Creation
- Design and develop engaging brand assets across multiple digital channels, including:

Email marketing campaigns
- Website graphics and landing page assets
- Social media content
- Promotional banners
- Digital invitations
- Third-party retailer marketing assets

- Ensure all digital creative aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Print Design & Visual Merchandising
- Create and update print and visual merchandising materials.
- Adapt existing assets for international markets, including translation updates and localized creative development.
- Develop custom market-specific collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
Creative Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Design Director and broader creative team to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
- Contribute creative concepts and visual solutions that elevate brand storytelling.
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently and effectively.
Project Management & Ownership
- Manage projects from initial brief through final delivery.
- Track project progress, priorities, and deadlines while providing regular status updates.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Trend & Brand Awareness
- Stay informed on emerging design, beauty, and consumer trends.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to creative discussions while maintaining alignment with the brand’s premium aesthetic.
- Ensure all creative output reflects the evolving visual identity of the brand.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate proactively regarding project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Creative Operations & Asset Management
- Maintain and organize creative assets, archives, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
- Support the ongoing evolution and documentation of brand standards.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Proven experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative production, ideally within beauty, skincare, luxury, fashion, or premium consumer brands.
- Must be able to work M-F 9-5 EST
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital and print design.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in:
- Adobe XD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
Preferred experience with:
- Figma
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
