In this pivotal role, you’ll be the voice of the user, transforming complex data into actionable insights that shape product strategy and deliver exceptional experiences. You’ll contribute to a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, motivations, and goals, directly impacting product improvements and fostering a user-centric culture.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead research projects of medium complexity, independently identifying opportunities to enhance products and services through user-driven insights.
* Contribute to a holistic research program by planning, designing, and executing strategic and tactical research to inform product development and deepen user understanding.
* Conduct moderately scoped research to uncover user needs and business opportunities, fostering empathy and user-centric thinking across cross-functional teams.
* Plan and prioritize research initiatives across projects, aligning with broader goals and communicating priorities effectively to team members.
* Guide product direction by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research findings, demonstrating awareness of their collective impact.
* Identify, create, and apply key insights and metrics to evaluate product and service impact, leveraging understanding of business goals, the product ecosystem, and user trends.
* Build consensus within project teams, advocating for research-based, user-centric solutions and effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders for integration into product planning.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in Team Management
* Expertise in Ethical UX research practices
* Strong UX storytelling abilities
* In-depth understanding of Research processes
* Mastery of UX research methodology
* Familiarity with the Product development lifecycle
* Knowledge of Human/user behavior principles
* Understanding of Interactive technology
* Proficiency in UX systems thinking
