About the Opportunity

As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in designing and developing cutting-edge e-learning content that captivates and educates users. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with instructional design teams to develop cutting-edge e-learning courses using industry-leading authoring tools.
• Design and create highly engaging, interactive course content that adheres to SCORM/xAPI compliance and is compatible with various learning management systems.
• Apply a strong aesthetic sense and graphic design skills to ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines.
• Configure courseware with robust reporting mechanisms suitable for diverse learning management systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during the development or deployment of e-learning modules.
• Perform thorough quality assurance testing to guarantee course functionality and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest e-learning trends, technologies, and development techniques.
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
• Communicate proactively with project managers, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing e-learning courses with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Profound understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other relevant e-learning standards.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to excel both independently and within a team setting.
• Ability to provide your own laptop and an active Articulate 360 license.
• Submission of links to recent Storyline & Rise work samples is required for consideration.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).
